It proves that important work can be fun, informative and entertaining.
I went around some of this year's stands to take some photos of those prepared to go out on a limb and get creative. The enthusiasm of so many working the stands was infectious.
Of course behind the exhibition's 'motley' are a community of serious business professionals selling ways to develop the most important assets of any business its PEOPLE.
